1. Who we are
Oblige London is a trading name of ProSolve Ltd (company number 13955695), registered office 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS. ProSolve Ltd is the data controller for this website (www.obligelondon.com). Contact: info@obligelondon.com.
2. What we collect and why
This website is a showcase site. It has no user accounts, no checkout and no contact forms that transmit data. The personal data processed is limited to:
- Hosting logs — our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes IP addresses and standard HTTP request metadata to serve and secure the site. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (running a secure website).
- Analytics (consent only) — if you click “Accept all” on the cookie banner, Vercel Analytics collects aggregated, anonymised page-view statistics. It does not run at all unless you consent. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Email you send us — if you email info@obligelondon.com we process what you send to reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (correspondence).
The “Join The Circle” field on this site does not currently transmit or store your email address anywhere; submitting it sends no data to us or any third party.
3. Processors we use
- Vercel Inc.(USA) — website hosting, content delivery and, with your consent, Vercel Analytics. Transfers are safeguarded by Vercel's EU/UK data-protection terms including Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use no other processors, ad networks, or tracking services.
4. Retention
Hosting logs are retained by Vercel for a short operational period. Consent choices are stored only in your own browser. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle it.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@obligelondon.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for the full list. In short: nothing non-essential loads before you choose, and “Reject all” loads nothing at all.
