Oblige London is a trading name of ProSolve Ltd (company number 13955695), registered office 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS. ProSolve Ltd is the data controller for this website (www.obligelondon.com). Contact: info@obligelondon.com.

This website has no user accounts. The personal data we actively collect is the email address you choose to give us for the mailing list, and the details needed to fulfil an order if you place one (see below). The personal data processed is limited to:

• Hosting logs — our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes IP addresses and standard HTTP request metadata to serve and secure the site. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (running a secure website).
• Analytics (consent only) — if you click “Accept all” on the cookie banner, Vercel Analytics collects aggregated, anonymised page-view statistics. It does not run at all unless you consent. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• Email you send us — if you email info@obligelondon.com we process what you send to reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (correspondence).
• Mailing list — signing up directly (consent only) — if you enter your email address in “Join The Circle”, we send you a confirmation email and only add you to the OBLIGE circle list once you click the link in it (double opt-in). Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
• Mailing list — after you order — when you check out, a box marked “Keep me in the Circle” is ticked by default. If you leave it ticked we add your email address to the OBLIGE circle list once your order completes. Untick it and we do not, and you can unsubscribe from any email afterwards. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, relying on the “soft opt-in” at Regulation 22 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, which permits us to write to our own customers about similar pieces because you were offered a clear way to refuse at the point of purchase and in every message since.
• Either way — your address is stored with our email provider, Resend, and used solely to send you OBLIGE circle updates. Nothing else, and it is never shared for advertising. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Your reserve — the pieces you add are held in your own browser (localStorage, key oblige_basket) as product, size, colour and quantity only. No personal data, and nothing reaches us until you choose to check out. See the Cookie Policy.
• Orders — if you check out, payment is taken by Stripe, who process your card details directly; we never see or store a card number. We receive your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with what you ordered, so we can place the order with our manufacturer and send you a confirmation. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Order records are retained for six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

• Vercel Inc.(USA) — website hosting, content delivery and, with your consent, Vercel Analytics. Transfers are safeguarded by Vercel's EU/UK data-protection terms including Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Resend, Inc.(USA) — email delivery and mailing list storage for the OBLIGE circle list, and delivery of order confirmations. Transfers are safeguarded by Resend's data-processing terms including Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Stripe, Inc.(USA) — payment processing and fraud prevention when you check out. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payments and is PCI-DSS certified; card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach our servers. Transfers are safeguarded by Stripe's data-processing terms including Standard Contractual Clauses.

No advertising or tracking service runs on this website. No pixel, tag or third-party advertising script loads, with or without your consent. The one thing that does leave us for an advertising platform is described in section 4, and it is sent by our server after an order — never by your browser, and only if you have turned that category on.

When we advertise, the platform adds a reference to the link you click — a string such as gclid in the address of the page you arrive on. It identifies the click, not you, and the platform puts it there before you reach us.

Nothing is stored unless you turn on the advertising category. If you do, we keep that reference in your browser for up to 90 days, so that if you go on to place an order we can tell the platform — from our own server — that its campaign led to it. What we send is the fact of the order and the reference the platform itself issued. Your browser never contacts the advertising platform, no pixel loads, and we do not build or sell a profile of you.

Lawful basis: consent, under PECR and the UK GDPR. Leave the category off and the reference is discarded when you close the page — we would simply not know which campaign worked, which is a cost we would rather carry than take the choice away from you. Withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; it deletes anything already stored.

Hosting logs are retained by Vercel for a short operational period. Consent choices and your reserve are stored only in your own browser. An advertising click reference, if you consented to one being kept, is held in your browser for 90 days and then discarded automatically — sooner if you withdraw consent or clear your site data. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle it. Mailing list addresses — however you joined — are kept until you unsubscribe, after which they are removed from the active list. Order and payment records are retained for six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@obligelondon.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
