Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website is operated by ProSolve Ltd, trading as OBLIGE London (company number 13955695), registered office 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom. Your contract is with ProSolve Ltd. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Reach us at info@obligelondon.com or 0330 321 0494.

2. What this site is

Oblige London is the label's own store. Pieces shown in the archive can be ordered directly, and payment is taken by Stripe. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm it by email. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any UK tax due.

3. Made to order

Drop 01 is made to order. Nothing is held in stock — each piece is cut and sewn after you order it, which is why delivery windows are quoted from the day you pay rather than from dispatch. Colours may vary slightly between production runs and from how they appear on screen.

4. Delivery

You choose a delivery service at checkout. The windows below are total fulfilment times — production and transit combined — in calendar days from the moment your order is placed. They are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Complimentary — free, United Kingdom only. Typically 8 to 16 days.
  • Priority — £16, United Kingdom only. Typically 6 to 10 days.
  • Immediate — £66, United Kingdom and international. Typically 4 to 8 days.

We will email you when your order enters production and again with a tracking number once it ships.

Orders outside the United Kingdom.Import duty, tax and customs charges may be payable in the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility. Customs handling can also add time beyond the estimates above.

5. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer, you may cancel this contract without giving any reason. Your rights are set out in full below, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

14 days to change your mind
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it.
The clock starts when it arrives
The 14 days run from the day you take physical possession of the goods, not from the day you ordered — so a longer make time never eats into your window.
How to cancel
Email us saying you want to cancel. Any clear statement is enough — you can use the form below, but you do not have to. We will confirm we have received it.
Send it back within 14 days
Once you have told us, return the goods within 14 days. You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we do.
Refunded within 14 days
We refund what you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days — counted from whichever comes first: the goods reaching us, or you sending us proof that you have posted them. A proof of postage is enough; you do not have to wait for it to arrive. We refund to the payment method you used.
Faulty or not as described is separate
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a short-term right to reject faulty goods on top of everything above. Nothing here reduces it, and nothing here is conditional on tags, packaging or a receipt.

To cancel, tell us at info@obligelondon.com, by phone on 0330 321 0494, or by post to 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom.

6. Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough — it appears here because the regulations require it to be available to you, not because it is required of you.

7. Complaints

How to complain
Write to info@obligelondon.com or call 0330 321 0494, or post to 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom. Say what went wrong and what you would like us to do about it. We will acknowledge it and give you a substantive reply within 5 working days — not a holding message.
If we cannot resolve it
We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, and we would rather tell you that than imply a route that does not exist. If we reach deadlock we will write to you saying so, and tell you which ADR provider we consider competent to handle it and whether we intend to use them.
Independent help, free of charge
The Citizens Advice consumer service (0808 223 1133) gives free, impartial advice and refers matters to Trading Standards where appropriate. Nothing above affects your right to take the matter to court, and none of it is a precondition to doing so.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — names, marks, imagery, designs, text and code — belongs to ProSolve Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law.

10. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
